With lots of kids heading down to Rochester this weekend, it will be more challenging to make sure they eat well (which will help them wrestle well!) There are lots of articles out there on nutrition, but I thought this one was particularly good. It talks about good choices prior to an activity, after an activity, and just good choices throughout the day. Some good things to keep in mind before you head to the store! (Go for nuts, fruits, dried fruits, yogurt, etc. avoid highly processed, high sugar, junk food.)
